Step 1: Open the Tube

Step 3: Apply to Lower Lashes
Tilt your head back and apply mascara to your lower lashes. Repeat the same wiggling motion as before.
Step 4: Layer and Build
Apply several layers of mascara if you want an even more dramatic look. Continue to wiggle the wand and build up the look until you're satisfied.
Step 5: Re-insert the wand
Carefully twist the wand back into the tube and close.
