Step 1: Twist up the pencil to expose more of the product, carefully so as not to break the tip. Starting at the inner corner of your eye, draw a small line outward along your eyelid. Try to make the line as close to your lashes as possible.

Step 2: Next, use the pencil to make a V-shape at the outer corner of your eye. Angle your pencil inward slightly, ending with the tip of the pencil pointing toward the outer corner of the eye.

Step 3: Using the side of the tip, fill in the V-shape you just created. This will create the beginning of a dramatic winged look.

Step 4: Flip the pencil so that you can see the handle and starting from the outer corner of your eye, draw a line outward. The length of the line will depend on the dramatic winged look you are trying to achieve.

Step 5: Connect the line you just drew with the line you drew in Step 1. This will create the full winged look. Be sure to fill in any gaps with the pencil.

Step 6: Use a smudge brush to blend everything together for a soft, flawless look.
