Tampax Compak Tampón Lites 24 U

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water
• Remove one tampon from the box and unwrap
• Locate the String at the base of the tampon
• Place your index and middle finger on either side of the tampon's plunger and press your thumb firmly on the top of the plunger
• With your other hand, spread the labial lips apart
• Introduce the tampon into the vagina, pointing the plunger end in first. (You may need to rotate the tampon for a better fit)
• Once snugly in place, gently pull the plunger back to its original position. Make sure the string is still visible from the outside and that no part of the tampon is coming out of the vagina
• To remove the tampon, gently pull on the string
• Wrap used tampons in the wrapper and dispose of properly
