How to Use Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick # 24 28 Gr
Start off by prepping your lips for smooth application with our Lip Perfector.
Once you’ve moisturized, twist the base of your Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick #2428 Gr and apply to the center of your top lip and work the lipstick outwards towards the sides. Do the same for your bottom lip. You can build up as much color as you like.
Finish off with a clear lipgloss for extra shine.
