Step 1: Wash Your Hands

Before you begin, it's important to wash your hands with soap and warm water. This will help to keep your tampon clean and hygienic.

Step 2: Remove the Tampon from the Package

Gently pull at the strings attached to the applicator to remove the tampon from its wrapper. Make sure the tampon strings remain outside of the wrapper so you don't forget to take them with you after insertion.

Step 3: Insert the Tampon
