How to use O.B. ProComfort Normal tampon 64 U

O.B. Procomfort tampons are designed for your comfort and easy to use. To ensure effective leakage protection, please follow these steps when using your O.B. ProComfort tampons:

Before you begin:

• Wash your hands.
• Find a comfortable, discreet place to insert the tampon.
• Unwrap the tampon.

Inserting the tampon:

1. Hold the tampon in your preferred hand and place your index and middle finger on either side of the rounded tip.
2. Pull back your outer labia with your other hand to expose the vaginal opening.
3. Gently insert the tampon into the vaginal opening, pointing it slightly towards your back. Push it in as far as you can using the specially designed insertion nozzle.
4. When the tampon is correctly inserted, you should no longer be able to feel it. It should not cause any discomfort.

Removing the tampon:

1. Wash your hands before removing the tampon.
2. Relax your muscles and bear down slightly as if you’re about to have a bowel movement.
3. Grab the string end of the tampon with your fingers and pull it straight down and out and be sure to dispose of it in the bin.
4. After every period or at least every 8 hours, change your tampon to prevent any risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome.

Afterwards:

• Dispose of the tampon responsibly in the bin.
• Wash your hands.
