How to use O.B. Procomfort Mini Tampon 32 U

Step 1: Check the strings

Before you insert the tampon, make sure to check that the strings are in good condition. If they appear frayed or broken, you should choose a new tampon.

Step 2: Wash your hands

Wash your hands with soap and warm water to make sure that your hands are clean before inserting the tampon.

Step 3: Insert the tampon

Start by sitting or standing in a comfortable position where you can easily reach the tampon. Take the tip of the tampon in one hand and use your other hand to hold the tampon at the base. Relax your muscles and gently insert the tampon into your vagina, pointing the tip in the direction of your back. Keep pushing it in until your fingers reach your body. Once the tampon is inside your body, you should be able to feel the strings dangling from your vaginal opening.

Step 4: Remove the tampon

To remove the tampon, wash your hands and reach for the strings. Gently pull on the strings until the tampon pops out. Do not tug or pull too hard as this may cause discomfort. Once the tampon is out, wrap it up in toilet paper and throw it away in the trash. Do not flush the tampon as this can clog your toilet.
