Step 1: Line Your Upper Lash Line

Start by taking the Kohl and Contour Eye Pencil #005-Chocolat and line your upper lash line from the inner corner to the outer corner. Make sure to keep your line fairly thick (about 1mm).

Step 2: Create a Tiny Wing
