1. Shake the bottle before use.
2. Apply to clean and dry skin before going out in the sun.
3. Apply generously and evenly on the face and body, paying particular attention to areas such as the nose, neck and forehead which are more vulnerable to sunburn.
4. Reapply every two hours, and after swimming, perspiring, or towel drying.
5. Avoid contact with the eyes. If product enters the eye, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
6. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
