Step 1: Rinse

Rinse the mouth with water thoroughly before using the mouthwash. This removes debris and food particles from the mouth before using the mouthwash.

Step 2: Measure and Pour

Measure out 10 ml of the mouthwash into the cup or measuring cup provided.

Step 3: Gargle

Gargle the mouthwash for at least 30 seconds. Make sure to tilt your head back and swish the mouthwash throughout the entire mouth. This enables the mouthwash to reach all areas.

Step 4: Spit Out

Spit out the mouthwash into the basin and rinse the mouth with water again to remove any residue left from the mouthwash. Do not swallow the mouthwash as it contains certain ingredients that should not be ingested.

Step 5: Repeat

The mouthwash can be used up to four times a day. Rinse your mouth with water before and after each use.
